Shipping Information
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Shipping Methods: We offer flexible delivery options to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Orders may be delivered via:
- Australia Post
- Courier services
- Milestone Chemicals’ own delivery vehicles (where available)
- Delivery Timeframes:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: Up to 10 business days
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Free or discounted shipping may apply for eligible orders or promotional periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available (Australia Post and courier deliveries).
Orders delivered via Milestone vehicles may not include live tracking but will be coordinated directly with our logistics team.
Returns & Exchanges
- Change of Mind: We accept returns for change of mind within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or return at no additional cost.

- Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorisation number (RA#) if applicable.
- Once returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as made-to-order products, opened chemical products, or clearance items may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
