Heavy duty alkaline cleanser for in place cleaning of pasteurisers, evaporators, bottle washing & milking machines.
MILKING MACHINES
1.Using cold water, rinse machine using 10L per set of cups.
2.Rinse machine with 5L of SUPRALUX solution (25g per 5L of water) through each set of cups, with an additional 5L for each set of cups furthest from the receiver.
3.Rinse all contacted surfaces with potable water after using this product.
After washing process rinse bottles thoroughly with boiled water to ensure sanitary condition.
For;
IN PLACE CLEANING: Use at a rate of 100g per 5L of water.
BOTTLE WASHING: Use at a rate of 150g per 5L of water.
CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO USE COLD WATER FOR PRE-MIXING, AND ADD THE POWDER TO THE WATER SLOWLY WHILE STIRRING.
