This brewery-approved product is suitable for both hand-scrubbing and use in all major brand commercial glass washing machines when diluted. Bracton Glass Wash Concentrate ensures that glassware is cleaned to a hygienic level, leaving surfaces free from dirt and germs, which is essential for perfect beverage presentation. Directions for using Bracton Glass Wash Concentrate:
Commercial Glasswasher:
Mix 1 part Bracton Glass Wash with 2 parts water (e.g., 1 litre of glass wash with 2 litres of clean water) to make the diluted detergent.
Pour the detergent directly into the detergent well of the machine or in an appropriate container to be suctioned by a detergent pump/feed tube.
Hand Washing:
Add 70ml of Bracton Glass Wash to 5 litres of water.
Place the scrubbing device directly into the solution and use it to clean the glassware, or pour the solution into the scrubbing device well.
Hard Water Areas:
Use Bracton Glass Wash at double strength to combat hard water issues.
